Eagles Injury Tracker: List of players grows after Week 4 loss
We are just about a quarter of the way through the 2026 NFL season already, and while the Eagles seemed to avoid injury issues in the first two weeks, they’ve really stacked up in their last two games.
Heading into the Week 4 matchup against the Rams, the Eagles had six players inactive due to injury:
- DeVonta Smith (hamstring)
- Dallas Goedert (knee)
- Hollywood Brown (ankle)
- Fred Johnson (knee)
- Zack Baun (concussion)
- Marcus Epps (groin)
And then, things spiraled completely out of control during the Rams game, with Saquon Barkley suffering a hamstring injury early in the first quarter. Heading into their Week 5 matchup, these are some of the newer injuries to keep an eye on:
It wasn’t due to injury, but Lane Johnson was inactive for Sunday’s game too due to personal reasons, so his status moving forward is also questionable.
There are also a handful of players sitting on IR, with some uncertainty about when they’ll be back with the team:
- Landon Dickerson (knee)
- Eli Stowers (hamstring/quad)
- Grant Calcaterra (back)
- Jakorian Bennett (knee)
- Andre’ Sam (foot)
- Johnny Wilson (knee — unable to return this season)
All-in-all, the Eagles will have a lot of questions to answer as far as the roster goes moving forward, and hopefully some of these starters will be able to return soon.
