Thursday Night Football: Buccaneers vs. Falcons

Week 5 of the 2024 NFL season will kickoff with Thursday Night Football matchup featuring the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-1) on the road against the Atlanta Falcons (2-2).

The Bucs barely lead the all-time series between these NFC South teams, 31-30, but the Falcons have won two of the three most-recent meetings. They last faced off back in December 2023, in Atlanta, when the Bucs won 29-25.

Both of these teams are on a roll and should make for a good division game on Thursday night. The Bucs currently have a one game lead over the Falcons for the top spot in the NFC South, but it’ll be a tough competition throughout the season between these teams. Ultimately, I think Tampa Bay’s experience will overtop the Falcons momentum, with Baker Mayfield and Co. getting another win in Week 5.

Here’s everything you need to know about tonight’s game.
